Omena Woods Association Additional Conservation Easements
At the end of 2015 we were able to add to our Conservation Easement to the Leelanau Conservancy, adding the 24 acres we acquired from the Omena Heights property.
This beautiful acreage is entirely forested with a mature stand of hardwood trees and doesn't show any timber management in well over a decade or more. Celebrate with us our success in protecting another 24 acres for recreational use and to preserve the character of the Omena area, which we all value prize so greatly!

Because it's a large document we've split it into two sections, the document itself and the appendices. It's a fascinating document and provides great detail about the property.
